This is truly heartbreaking.
I still remember sitting in the living room with you talking about the history of the Bible and the backgrounds of the Gospels. You've always been the example in my mind of kindness, love and compassion.
I remember being stationed overseas and not doing very well and calling you. Just talking to you made me smile ear to ear and calmed me. Joking back and forth and telling stories to each other, you'll truly be missed Grandma.
In the Bible Christ spoke of the blessed by our Father who gave food to the hungry, drink to the thirsty, aid to the sick and home to the lost. You truly lived that your whole life. You truly lived as an example of God's compassion and love.
I look forward to the day we can see each other again. I love you Grandma.

Julie and Mike,
I am so very sorry for your loss, I know this feeling all too well. There is no replacement for a Mother/Mom she is always your best friend and knows all your dreams and secrets. Rip Sweet Harriet, I know you will all be together one day.

The only Grandparent/grandma I had but did so much that she made up for the others that weren't around❤. I wouldnt be who I am if she hadnt of there through EVERY tough time. Everytime I answer a question that requires a "yes or No" answer, and I say "yes". I hear grandma in my head saying, " yes what"? And I say, "I mean Yes Please"! 😆. Me and my brother always loves to sit at the kitchen counter and watch her cook her famous biscuits and gravy or he milk chugging pancakes🍶🍛! She was so much more than my grandmother, she was a guardian angel for so many of us in the family! We Love you SO much Grandma!!
P.S I cant wait to see you again when I come home! I bet Spike was happy to see you:))

You were my best friend and not talking to you for hours and hours in the evening is going to be really hard. But I do know we will be see each other again one day. You are most certainly with the Lord and your family. You are in are hearts and thoughts always. Keep Smiling is what you've always told me and I know that's what you are doing now. I love you
