Cliff Vance was born April 5th, 1959 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He grew up in Minnesota, Colorado, New Mexico, California, Missouri, Kansas and Arizona. He also lived for a short while in North Carolina. Cliff was a loving son, brother, uncle, husband, father and friend to many. He was an gifted artist, welder, iron worker, fisherman and scuba diver. He will be truly missed.

Cliff was preceded in death by brothers Brett Goar and Mitchel Vance, sister-in-law Sharon Vance, father Earl Vance and wife Frances Potts. He is survived by mother Lois Vance, brother Dennis Vance, sisters Laura Allman and Marilee Brees. Daughters- Hope DeFoe, Jennie Green, Annette Fain, Ellen Marshall and Penny Peshlakai, 12 grandkids and 19 great grandkids, 5 nieces, 1 nephew, many great nieces and nephews.

Cliff went to be with Lord on January 10, 2020 after injuries sustained in an automobile accident. A celebration of life party will be held February 8 at Encanto Park in Phoenix Arizona.
